INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper to taste and generously brush the tops with 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
  2. Over medium high heat, sear the tops of the salmon for 1-2 minutes until caramelized
  3. Combine regular mustard, honey and garlic into a sauce
  4. Transfer salmon to a baking sheet, skin side down and spread with the mustard sauce
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon
  6. Dish and serve hot
