Chickpea Spinach Salad

• 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (1 can = 435 g, 15.5 oz)
• 1 large handful spinach
• 3.5 oz feta cheese or similar (3.5 oz = 100 g)
• 1 small handful raisins
• 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (white or malt vinegar is also good)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 0.5 – 1 tsp cumin, ground
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes (or dried cayenne pepper will do the trick nicely)
