Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup almond pulp
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Stevia to taste (optional)
  • Chopped almonds to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Divide all ingredients between two mason jars. Stir until incorporated.
  2. Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight.
  3. Remove and garnish with chopped almonds. Enjoy!
