Directions for Use:  Take five (4) times per day

• 1/4 teaspoon (e.g. 6AM)
• 1/4 teaspoon (e.g. 12PM)
• 1/4 teaspoon (e.g. 6PM)
• 1/4 teaspoon (e.g. 12AM)

Try to space times equally through the day and don’t allow more than six hours between doses.  Take on an empty stomach when possible.

IMPORTANT:  SHAKE BOTTLE WELL BEFORE DOSAGE

Remove dosage and stir into five (5) ounces (150ml) of distilled water and drink.  If distilled water is not available, use water that is not chlorinated or juice.
