INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1¼ cups water
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until super smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
