Ingredients:
*Makes 4 large burgers or 8 sliders
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup chopped scallion/green onion
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Mix it all up in a large bowl.
2. Form patties.
3. Grill or pan fry.
